The submission is saved in the website’s database so we can review and respond to your request. Our email provider, Resend, processes a copy of those details to send Tonya an inquiry alert. Replies and follow-up correspondence may also remain in our business email. An inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

When you sign up for Syntrovex Notes, the MailerLite form collects your email address and signup information. MailerLite processes that information to manage the list, send the newsletter, and deliver the AI Governance Readiness Checklist PDF. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. If you contact us directly by email, we use the information in your message to respond.

Technical information and hosting

Our website host may process request data, device or browser details, and operational logs to deliver and protect the site. The embedded MailerLite form loads MailerLite resources in your browser. Those providers may process information under their own policies.

Storage and sharing

We use the website host, Resend, MailerLite, and business email services to operate these features. We keep information for as long as needed to handle inquiries, maintain business records, or provide the newsletter, subject to applicable requirements. Access to inquiry records is limited to people who need it for Syntrovex business. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, patient, student, or confidential institutional information through the inquiry form.

Links and choices

Book purchase links lead to Amazon. That service handles its own transactions and data under its policies. Syntrovex does not collect payment card details on this website.

To leave the mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in an email or ask us to remove your address at tonya@syntrovex.com. You may also ask what information you submitted to Syntrovex and request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
